Meditation is vital for focus and brings clarity and clear direction in every aspect of your life - I believe meditation to be the single most important ingredient of getting our lives “back on track”, and is the key to achieving success, dreams and goals.

Through meditation, you link the mind, body and spirit - you are able to completely align body function and chakra balance. Here’s how – our hormones control our body functions through the endocrine system. Our endocrine system responds to colour because it works through colour, the very same way that on some particular days you don’t feel like wearing a certain favourite colour - that’s your body talking to you. It needs balance in other areas and it needs more or less colour today! When we get distracted in our daily routines, we drift away from what is really important for our happiness and where we really want to be. Meditation workshops give you the tools and methods to become more focused, more aware; brings back self esteem, clear direction with work and family, and to achieve your goals and dreams. Yes, you can achieve and be all you really want to be in life – never underestimate the power of the mind.

Meditation brings clarity to cloudy situations and will clear unwanted worry and stress. It will bring protection over fear and concerns. When we meditate we are connecting with our soul, & true self; we are also opening our receptive sensors to receive the messages from spirit to guide us, increasing potential and efficiency, within all aspects and challenges in our lives.

We all have our own protective guides to help us 'see' the right paths to take. It’s that voice only we can hear. It’s that 'gut' instinct we are all born with. The right path for all of us is the one we need to carve out for ourselves!  Perseverance will get you there.  As long as you have the channel set to the right station, the image is clear to see. People ask me: So what is your secret? How do you meditate successfully? I answer:

1.Perseverance &
2. Routine.

Its that simple. Once you understand how to meditate properly and it becomes habit, then you no longer need to 'ask'.....You shall start to 'receive' and for the very first time in your life you will feel in control - For what we believe we can do we will, and what we think we can do we will! You are the only thinker in your head. Turn those thoughts into positive affirmations and visualise your goals, delivering true potential. Through meditation we become more in tune with ourselves, increasing productivity & assertiveness.

My meditations are my own. I have devised simple steps and methods to have meditation as a daily routine, like brushing your teeth – it really is that simple. My course provides all notes and workshop materials for you to meditate at home, so you can refer back to your notes at any point in time.

*Note the mid week evening course is held over 2 nights where as the weekend and day courses are completed in one day.

There is no problem with either course being staggered to suit i.e. you may start in one month & finish in the next, as long as full payment has been received. Although for maximum benefit, Melissa recommends consecutive dates.
You are also welcome to bring along your own personal journal and, if you have special dietary requirements, please let Melissa know upon booking.
